Kimberly’s achievements from 2003 to the present have placed her in the top 5 percent of real estate agents nationwide! She was the #1 Sales Agent for the Gig Harbor office of John L. Scott for both 2003 and 2004. Kimberly was the #1 Individual Sales Agent for John L. Scott Gig Harbor in 2006 and 2007. In 2003, her outstanding achievements earned her the honor of John L. Scott Rookie of the Year over a three-state area. Kimberly also earned the prestigious President’s Gold Award in 2003 and the President’s Elite in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007.

Advanced Real Estate Education
Kimberly believes strongly that continuing to strengthen her skills through education is critical to adding value to the clients. She is a Certified Residential Specialist and an Accredited Buyer Representative, designations of higher real estate education held by less than 2 percent of all real estate agents in the country. Kimberly is also an Accredited Staging Professional, a distinction held by less than 1 percent of all real estate agents in the country. Kimberly has utilized her advanced education to assist sellers in realizing the maximum price for their homes in the least amount of time on the market.


As a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Kimberly has specialized training and resources in the upper-tier residential real estate market. The Institute of Luxury Home Marketing membership is comprised of merely 8,000 Realtors globally. Kimberly is one of them. She is also a Certified New Home Specialist and a Quality Street Professional.

University Education
Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University, where her schooling prepared her as a professional buyer and took her through extensive negotiation classes, perfect for her career as a Realtor.


Association Memberships
Kimberly is a member of both the National Association of Realtors and Tacoma Pierce County Association of Realtors. As a Realtor and member of these organizations, Kimberly is held to a higher code of ethics than other real estate agents. Kimberly is also a member of the Gig Harbor Chamber of Commerce.
