Unlike most Realtors, I include the rental of lamps, artwork, small furniture items, accessories, etc., at no charge to you! No nasty $500/month rental fees most Realtors ask you to pay. EVERYTHING is FREE!

I have invested thousands of dollars in props and merchandise. I make my inventory available to my clients FREE. Why is it free? I believe staging will help sell your home faster and for more money. Staging Consultant Barb Bourscheidt

Barb brings a wealth of experience to her job as Kimberly’s staging consultant. Over the years Barb has honed her skills as an artist potter, master gardener, and hobby gourmet cook. In the 1990’s Barb owned a small home décor and floral boutique which taught her about merchandising and display. Her accomplishments include decorating restaurants and working with builders to furnish model homes.
